Tune Up Fitness also allows you to rent each video individually, so if you are someone who wants just one or two videos to try out this would be perfect for you.
How does it work.
Each of the videos rented is on a DVD. This means that when you rent the video it will get mailed to you and you will have access to the DVD version for 7 days before you have to send it back.
If this sounds like it would work better for you then by all means I would recommend, however, I would still say that the subscription works better as you will have instant access to all videos not just the one that you rented.
